Basic Network and Systems Maintenance

This plan is geared toward basic network and system maintenance. Companies that have simple networks with no advanced services or specialized applications can take advantage of this economy plan. This plan includes remote monitoring, a monthly number of allotted remote administration and scheduled maintenance hours and a 20% discount on the same-day emergency service base rate.

Maintenance provided by the Silver Service Plan include:

  • Monitor and maintain your network, servers and workstations from our remote monitoring facility and perform onsite maintenance as needed.
  • Perform repairs and replacements on all systems as needed.
  • Regularly verify all systems have security hot-fixes installed.
  • Apply system service packs when released and test.
  • Implement and maintain antivirus strategy to include verifying antivirus dat files up to date on both servers and workstations.
  • Verify that data backups are scheduled correctly and being performed as planned.
  • Monitor fault tolerant systems for required maintenance.
  • Maintain user's security levels and update access policies as requested.
  • Add and remove users as needed.
  • Compile monthly reports on network health.
